Having been rented out this property’s bathroom was in an aged state and needed a fresh look for resale purposes. We kept the old bath, installed new modern hand-basins whose line was echoed in the concealed cistern toilet. Building in the sinks and toilet enabled us to clean the lines of the room, immediately giving it a fresh, updated look. Double hand-basins and large format tiles combined with the dark grey floor to give a sophisticated edge that helped push the property  to a quick sale.
